Designing your home
We have a large selection of house designs, suitable for everyone and every situation. From smaller 2 bedroom homes, perfect for the first home buyer or empty nester, right up to 4-5 bedroom forever homes. We can work with you on any of our designs, to create a home just right for you, or bring your own plan.
Building begins
Construction on your new home will begin once Development Approval has been obtained from Council. Generally our build times are 26 weeks from the date of Development Approval.
No hidden fees
The final price of your new house, which we will provide to you prior to signing any contracts, is the final price you will pay. There are no hidden fees, no costs that we don’t tell you about, we include it all. The only time you will pay more is if you change things during the home uild – and even then, you will be aware of these costs up front, before we go ahead with the changes.
